Advanced Customer Merge
Challenge:
A customer needed to resolve a recurring issue of duplicate customer records and sought an efficient and self-managing solution.
Solution:
We created the Customer Provisional Merge, used to group together same customer records in Microsoft Dynamics GP into one primary customer. Preventing future duplicates and simplifying our client's customer records, our solution automated the following processes:
- Identify customers who should be merged together
- Review and confirm Provisional Merges
