SOP Credit Review
The Credit Review Console integrates Customer Credit status and Purchasing liquidity into Order Allocation decisions
- The customer operates in a low margin/capital intensive industry where credit decisions are frequently negotiated.
- The sales team needed an immediate review of client credit performance during the Order Entry cycle.
- Management needed a simple method to determine the impact of Customer credit decisions on Vendor purchasing liquidity.
A user dashboard was created to display the impact of new Customer Orders, unposted Customer Invoices and and current invoice aging on Credit decisions. It also displays purchasing liquidity in relation to sales related purchases not yet paid for. The status of pending requests for credit on specific Orders is also displayed, all within a single window displaying all credit related data.
Developed using a web interface, the console is adaptable to meet a variety of customer needs.
