PSGP allows you to identify who receives an email if a batch fails to post, or if the posting server isn’t responding.

Batches can be flagged as for Immediate or scheduled posting, so you can ensure that critical batches are never held up by batches with lower priority.
You can turn PSGP on and off, and you can set the frequency to check for batches.

PSGP also provides centralized report setup, without having to leave the application.


Configurable Batch Detection Filters (Maximizing Posting Control)

The real strength of PSGP comes from the flexibility of designing batch detection filters. Multiple companies are supported, along with the following list of filters:

  • Dynamics GP Series
  • Batch Source
  • Batch ID – You can enter partial strings or exact values that would match the batches you want to be posted
  • GL Posting Date
  • No. of Transactions in Batch – This will allow you to accumulate transactions for a batch before posting
  • Batch Frequency
  • User ID

Third Party Integration

PSGP provides a straightforward way to incorporate batches from third-party applications, such as web storefronts. In fact any systems that generate transactions needed by GP can be integrated quickly. Support for third-party GP modules, such as Manufacturing and Service Management, is also provided this way.


SQL Scripts can be used to queue

You are not restricted to what we have provided in the way of scheduling. Our open architecture allows developers to create their own SQL scripts, which can be integrated into the batch posting routines. In fact, the more complex your environment is, the more you need Posting Server.
