Fiber Optic Power Meter Features Low Power Consumption

GAO Fiber Optics

Toronto, Canada – GAO Fiber Optics (www.GAOFiberOptics.com) recommends its cost-effective mini fiber optic power meter that is well-suited for the debugging and maintenance of telecommunication networks. It is an ideal testing instrument for engineers and technicians working with single-mode fiber optic cables in CATV or local networks.
This mini fiber optic power meter, model 3026, tests optical power within the wavelength range of 780nm to 1700nm. It features a compact size, a light weight of less than 200g, a rugged housing and a 1500µm InGaAs optical-detector. The power meter provides FC, SC, and ST connectors for selection and offers a quick response without requiring warm-up. It operates continuously for over twenty hours when it is fully charged. A large character LCD screen makes the mini power meter easy to read.
