This high frequency RFID reader/writer, model 233005, utilizes advanced MIFARE I contactless RFID technology to enhance the collection of information associated with RFID cardholders. Its outstanding characteristic is its integrated 16-key keyboard and embedded MODEM, which allow for data exchange through a standard POTs telephone line to a central computer. The RFID read/write unit has a memory of 2.5 or 4.5 SDRAM and offers read distances of up to 8cm with ISO 14443A compliant transponders. It is equipped with a large LCD screen for clear view of data. The ABS encapsulated RFID reader/writer is water and dust resistant with an IP40 protection rating.
