  16 Channel, Real Time, Color Video Multiplexer with Several Alarm Modes

(www.GAOTek.com) has launched its 16 channel, real time, color video multiplexer which is designed to transfer recordings of signals from multiple security cameras onto one cassette. It handles several video signals at one time and splits a monitor into various display areas. The MUX provides synchronous display and payback capability.
This smart multiplexer, model DM2116, has both video and VCR output. For video, it supports 50fields/s in PAL mode and 60fields/s in NTSC mode, an input of 16 loops BNC, 1.0Vp-p 75Ω and an output of 1 loop, 1.0Vp-p75Ω. For VCR, the input is BNC 1.0Vp-p75Ω/S-VHS and the output is BNC 1.0Vp-p75Ω/S-VHS. It includes video loss alarm, video motion alarm and external alarm. GAO Tek Inc.'s multiplexer is compatible with RS232 or RS485 interfaces and offers display modes such as sequence switch, single picture, PiP, 4 picture, 8 picture, 9 picture, 13 picture, 16 picture, freeze frame and zoom.
