Alba360 WMS is a powerful and adaptable bar-coding and warehouse management solution designed for Dynamics GP. With Alba360 WMS you can control and optimize the movement and storage of inventory items in the warehouse, process associated transactions, including receiving, put-away, picking and shipping. Alba360 WMS utilizes barcodes scanners and mobile computers to efficiently monitor the flow of inventory. All data captured is transmitted electronically in real-time to the Dynamics GP back office. Since Alba360 WMS was developed specifically for Dynamics GP, it is tightly integrated with its Purchasing, Inventory Management and Order Fulfillment modules.

This product is designed to streamline the creation of Purchase Orders for large numbers of items by using demand rules and a simple forecasting system to generate easily editable draft purchase orders.

It includes an editable, purchase order generator and a PO receiving utility used to import packing lists and print product labels.

Multi-Attribute Inventory allows the user to assign attributes for different types and batches of inventory (e.g. steel plate, steel coil and steel ingots). Each inventory type can be given an indefinite number of attribute types and these can be used for sorting and grouping in product sales reports.

Third Party Logistics provides outbound and inbound interfaces between Dynamics GP and Public Fulfillment Warehouses which maintain and ship their inventory to customers.

Alba360 Freight Manager enables Dynamics GP to generate Bills of Lading containing material from one or more Invoices. It allows for management and reconciliation of freight transactions by comparing the amounts billed by freight vendors against the freight amount estimated during the Bill of Lading creation process.

Shipment Routing assists the routing manager to build an efficient delivery plan in companies with truck fleets. Order fulfillment and delivery sequence are optimized by the product, increasing efficiency and eliminating guesswork.
