Balance Brought Forward (BBF) GP was developed to overcome the apparent limitation of Dynamics GP of not displaying account balances for balance sheet accounts if the previous year has not been closed.

It enhances the Account Summary capabilities and GL Trial Balance reports by making them display appropriate beginning balances even if previous years are not closed.

Hierarchical Posting GP adds a security layer to Dynamics GP enabling the system to control which users can or cannot post a specific batch.

This is achieved by creating a hierarchy among all user classes in the system. Even the user who created the batch is prevented from posting the batch although he might have appropriate standard security permissions.
