Our strategic planning services can assist you in gaining a better understanding of your business environment, its main pain points, or areas of improvement, competitive marketspace, legal and regulatory compliance requirements. The session agendas usually include an overview of the project, timeline, deliverables, stakeholders, and risk analysis.

The objective of requirement analysis is to identify functional & non-functional business requirements as well as integration and interface requirements. We would analyze and review high-level requirements and selected business processes with the customer, and help them establish the scope for the ERP / CRM implementation and customization.

Our consultants will analyze your business processes against those in Microsoft Dynamics highlighting any process gaps. We will review your high-level functional requirements in order to identify requirements that do not directly fit with the chosen Microsoft Dynamics product. We will also analyze business process integrations in order to identify those that do not easily fit Microsoft’s Dynamics integration recommendations. Lastly, we will review any additional technical requirements, or IS/IT strategies, specified by the customer.
