Alba Spectrum Group announces its Microsoft CRM department headcount increase. According to Alba Spectrum spokesman Andrew Karasev, here in Sao Paulo and Curitiba we in fact support our Microsoft CRM integration, customization, reporting and development projects as well as our MS CRM enhancements: Microsoft CRM Lotus Notes Domino Connector, Service Tickets, ACT! Connector, plus MS CRM SDK C# & VB.Net custom integrations.
Also as Andrew thinks – CRM market in Brazil is very open for newcomers, such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, especially for banks and financial institutions, customer support centers, service oriented companies, where scheduling is required.
We also plan to promote our Lotus Notes connector to large and mid-size manufacturing facilities around Sao Paulo, Salvador, Curitiba and Rio de Janeiro. For established companies legacy ERP with IBM Lotus Notes Domino is very common and connector allows to save on Microsoft CRM licenses, where part of the corporate users stay with Lotus and only portion of them switches to Microsoft CRM licenses.
As our consultants are Portuguese and Spanish speaking – we also plan to increase our support to LATAM: Argentina, Venezuela, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Uruguay, Paraguay, Peru, Bolivia as well as to Spain and Portugal.
