Project Management - our US-based Functional consultants will rely on our future India-based experienced project managers to fulfill customization, software development and provide following functional remote support
Leads Processing, Time Logs & Billing
Alba Spectrum Group has MS CRM implemented as Leads processing, consultant time logging
MS CRM timelogs are transferred to our Backend accounting system for billing
We expect our Indian partner to be integrated into our above systems
