These screen shots should help you familiarize yourself with version 9.0, and understand the evolution of Microsoft Great Plains into Microsoft Dynamics project.
This is about screen, showing you old-days Dexterity info, such as Dexterity version, please not that only MS SQL Server platform (plus MSDE and SQL Select) is supported. Data access is through ODBC, no change
Second screen shows MS Office integration, you can see To Do is coming from MS Exchange and Outlook
SmartList (former Explorer), very cool feature is export to Excel or Word. SmartList limits you to one table only, so do not overexpect - if you need SQL export or extracting reports - you still have to know technical stuff.
Shortcuts - another way to quickly access your forms and modules. Here you ca add your own shortcuts if desired
And finally for old-good-days- Great Plains users - Dexterity forms are pretty much the same as they were introduced with Great Plains Dynamics in earlier 199th - look at customer maintenance form
