Hightech Jobs and H1B visa sponsorship

It is probably very hard to get your first employment with H1B sponsorship.  The reasons: you don’t have working experience, can not prove accomplished assignments and projects and don’t have references.  So, consider other scenarios in parallel in hitting H1b sponsorship:

• Master Degree in US.  If you can pursue your degree and work for small salary in the university at the same time: labs, seminars, lectures in high schools.  Then it will be easy to try your first employment in US
• Project Management in US university.  You can do it in parallel with your master degree.  Multiple large American corporations, such as Motorola, Intel, etc. outsource their research, software development (drivers, utilities, etc.) to universities.  For the university in turn, the dilemma is to find and hire good project managers with mid-term commitment.  University usually can not pay high salary for the project management job, however for you this is opening door to the country as well as first job history
