1. Relocate the Available field to a more prominent and conspicuous location at the top of the quantities data.
2. Provide a logic change in the calculation of 'Qty Available' to subtract the quantity on orders.
3. Add 'Qty Quoted' to the form and present the total quantity quoted from the SOP Line Work table.
4. Add Lookup button to view the quotes on the order file on the form and open a multi-function lookup custom form.
5. Add Lookup button for other order related data and utilize the same custom multi-function lookup referred to above.
6. Add Lookup button for the purchase order subsystem. (optional 10 minutes)
Provide a custom Inquiry Form to view order data for items
1. Quoted
2. Allocated
3. BackOrdered
4. Not Allocated but on invoices.
The source of the data should be the SOP Line Work file for all invoices and quotes yet to be billed.
Use the Item Transaction Inquiry as the model.
Do not display the monetary information.
Client will determine actual fields to display in the scrolling window after acceptance of the quotation. All fields from the item master and order detail are candidates for the display. The above representation is intended to provide a starting point for discussion purposes.
Write a report writer function that will return the quantity quoted for each part displayed in the Stock Status Report.
Customize the report to incorporate the 'Qty Quoted' on the form.
