Imperiali Inc. Names International Finance Expert as New CFOWest Palm Beach, FL – July 11, 2006 - Today, Imperiali Inc. announced that it has named international finance expert, Charles Fiscina, as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer.

Most recently, Fiscina was setting up accounting systems and overseas operations, including local tax and regulatory compliance issues all over Europe, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Brazil, and Russia.

Prior to that, Fiscina was the Chief Financial Officer of Delta Medical Supply Inc, where he developed a financial system for an internationally focused wholesale distribution and manufacturing company modernizing methodologies in sales, marketing, and logistics and operations management. He managed acquisitions from Fortune 500 healthcare companies and final company sale to an international investment group.

In addition to his professional experience, Fiscina has well distinguished as a diplomat, a scholar, and a valued advisor. He has received special recognition or acknowledgements from the Government of the Republic of South Africa, the Government of Brazil, and the Government of Luxembourg.

Domestically, he was nominated to the White House Council on Small Business Development, selected by the US State Department for Overseas Trade Missions, consulted for the US Departments of Defense and Veterans Affairs, as well as received a Papal Commendatory Award as Vatican Patron of the Arts.

This move further demonstrates Imperiali Inc.’s progress in executing its business plan, and helping companies expand around the globe. The addition also positions the company to enter Wall Street with a CFO with experience running a public company and a global operation.

Fiscina’s responsibilities as the new Imperiali Inc. Chief Financial Officer will include managing the company’s finances, filing all necessary reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), as well as identifying new advisory clients and equity investments.
