A high executive in Disney also oversees a huge church growth endeavor that he prays will become global.

Meet Al Weiss, pastor’s son who now is in charge of Walt Disney World, Orlando, Florida, work team. He is at the same time chairman of the board of Vision USA, according to Charisma NOW. That commission, as reported by Assist News Service (ANS), is composed of numerous denominations instigated by the Baptist General Conference.

Weiss believes that America’s hope is in neighborhood churches far and wide. He states that in some metro and urban areas, the people are unchurched. Weiss and colleagues, by the grace of God, plan on correcting that. Therefore, they have raised funds to construct church buildings and pastor them with ordained clergy and their families.

It’s not only a dream for the United States but around the world. "God’s vision is to reach the world with His gospel through church planting," Weiss contends. His eye is particularly on subdivisions and commercial areas where there is a high population density but a lack of churches.

People like Weiss have accomplished much for spreading the gospel message of salvation. They are laymen and laywomen who are totally committed to the Bible way. They are disciples of Christ in the contemporary lifestyle. They are also persons with connections with resources by which mammoth projects can be forthcoming. Therefore, there are numerous believers on Weiss’ team. More are expected to come on board.

Weiss is a Magic Kingdom executive who not only most efficiently oversees the Disney employees under his charge but also devotes much energy to prayer and Christian missions such as Vision USA. Steve Johnson, president of Vision USA, states to media his utmost respect for Weiss’ dedication to the work.

To date, Vision USA has raised $5.7 million in less than six months. That means that nearly two dozen "flagship" churches can be constructed in the Orlando area alone. With that for starters, Weiss received a larger scope from the Lord. He said, "I think the Lord said: ‘I want to challenge you to do 50 high-growth cities.’" With that, Weiss responded affirmatively.

So now the plan, divinely blessed, is to gather $300 million to establish one thousand churches throughout the country, according to ANS.

Weiss and those of like conviction believe that it is all going to happen by sheer, simple faith in the God of miracles. Therefore, they go forward, expecting Christ, the One who multiplied fishes and bread for the multitudes, to see through more miracles for today.
