Registered users of EMS PostgreSQL Manager Professional 2.x for Windows can upgrade to EMS PostgreSQL Manager Professional 3 for Windows according to the terms of EMS License and Upgrade policy. EMS PostgreSQL Manager 3 Professional for Windows and EMS PostgreSQL Manager 3 Lite for Windows are immediately available in English. French, German, Spanish and other language versions are expected to be available in the third quarter of 2005.
