The seller, Nutting/Rice Volney, LLC was represented by Jeff Matulis of Stan Johnson Company in Tulsa, OK. The buyer, Copeland Realty of Redlands, Calif., was represented by David Oden of REP Commercial in Irvine, Calif.

Oden stated, “This is an excellent opportunity for Copeland Realty. It provides them with a NNN leased investment at a 12 percent cap rate.” The building was 100% tenant occupied at the time of the sale.
