REP Commercial Negotiates 8,215 SF Office Lease in San Juan Capistrano, Calif. for Birtcher Anderson Realty REP Commercial, Inc., a full-service commercial real estate brokerage and management services company specializing in the sale, leasing, repositioning, management and disposition of client properties, announced today the company negotiated a lease on behalf of Birtcher Anderson Realty LLC.

Birtcher Anderson Realty, a commercial real estate development company, signed a lease for 8,215 square feet at Serra Plaza located at 31910 Del Obispo in San Juan Capistrano in Orange County, Calif. The company plans to move in mid September 2005. The terms of the lease could not be disclosed.

John Moss, based in REP Commercial’s Irvine office, represented the tenant, Birtcher Anderson Realty LLC of Laguna Niguel. The landlord, Rivendell Land Company of San Juan Capistrano, represented itself.

According to Moss, “This will be Birtcher Anderson Realty’s new corporate offices. They are relocating their headquarters from Laguna Niguel to Serra Plaza to accommodate their need for more office space.” Serra Plaza is located at the corner of Del Obispo and Paseo Adelanto.
