Natural Asbestos Case Against Government Now Before Judge Weiner Janice Chisholm, surving spouse of Sherman Chisholm once an employee of Gott Logging in Northern California filed a Federal Tort Claim against the Government in regards to Sherman Chisholm death due to being heavily exposed to Natural Asbestos and Failure of the Goverment to inform and warn of the dangers that existed in the work place.

Mr. Chisholm had been for many years heavily exposed to Natural Asbestos without knowledge of it being there. He would dig rock out of certain rock pits that contain Asbestos and crush it and then spread it on roads that he built for the Forest service.

The Forest Service had knowledge of the rock pits containing Asbestos and a few of the rock pits were closed due to the levels being to high by OSHA Standards, but the Forest Service still had Mr. Chisholm go in these rock pits to use the rock to build roads. Never once saying anything to him about the Asbestos.

The Public at that time were able to travel these roads and have been exposed also to Asbestos.

Since the filing of Mrs. Chisholm case the roads have all been closed.

Mrs. Chisholm is seeking media attention in order to let the public know what is going on and maybe they have had or have a loved one that has Cancer or has died from Cancer.
