How do you register 2400 voters, set a world record, and perform 24 shows in one 24 hour period? Los Angeles, CA - Oct. 14, 2004 — After realizing that, 54.6% of eligible voters age 18-24 were not
registered during the 2000 Presidential Election, rap artist, Celio Skilz, decided to get active in the voter
registration movement in his own, unique way. With the help of Rock The Vote / Rap The Vote, Celio
Skilz Presents: 24 in 24, will give unregistered voters a chance to control their destiny. "Our generation
has been mislabeled as a bunch of slackers,’ explains C. Skilz. "I just wanted to give us a chance to prove
society wrong - to give a voice to the voiceless.’ Celio Skilz will perform a series of 24 shows at 24
different locations in Los Angeles. He and his crew of 15 + members, which includes a personal chef, will
outwit Friday rush hour traffic, parking fees, and all other Murphy’s Law crisis that will arise. The shows
will be at restaurants, malls, gas stations, hotels, night clubs, television/ radio shows, and other hot spots.
The first 20 shows will be compact versions of the 45 minute shows he will perform for the last 4.
