Coreland Companies of Tustin Awarded Leasing Assignment for 305,000 SF Office Tower/Retail Center in Huntington Beach, CA TUSTIN, CA (August 13, 2004) – Coreland Companies of Tustin, Calif., one of the largest real estate service companies based in California, announced that its Leasing / Sales division was awarded the leasing assignment for the landmark The Plaza in Huntington Beach by new owners 3D Investments of Beverly Hills, Calif.

Located at the southwest corner of Beach and Warner, The Plaza is a 15-story, 205,000-square-foot office tower with approximately 100,000 additional square feet of retail buildings. Coreland’s leasing assignment of The Plaza adds to Coreland Companies’ leasing portfolio of mid-rise office buildings in West Orange County. Coreland also leases One Pacific Plaza in Huntington Beach, a 500,000-square-foot, four building office complex with two restauarants and a 1,500 space parking structure.

The Plaza’s leasing team will consist of Coreland’s Steven Hogberg and Matt Hammond. "There are several full floors of the office building that are available for lease including the top 15th floor, which includes a mezzanine with a health club and roof-top helicopter pad," reports Leasing / Sales Division Vice President Steven Hogberg. The retail portion of The Plaza is anchored by Bally’s Health Club and Regal Cinemas, and encompasses multiple restaurant pads and a multi-tenant retail building.
