CB Richard Ellis Names Richard Rizika as Top Producer Worldwide for Retail Services TORRANCE, CA (August 13, 2004) - CB Richard Ellis Retail Services, a division of CB Richard Ellis, the world market leader in real estate services, named Richard Rizika the top producing sales professional amongst all retail sales professionals for CB Richard Ellis worldwide.

With experience in all aspects of commercial retail real estate, Rizika specializes in retailer and ownership advisory services in Los Angeles County including landlord representation, disposition assignments, leasing, strategic planning and investment sale transactions. Rizika is based in the company’s South Bay office in Torrance, Calif.

During his career, he has advised his clients in over 1,000 transactions with consideration in excess of $1.5 billion.

In his first year as a retail producer with the company in 1987, he received the Rookie of the Year award for the New York region. After transferring to CB Richard Ellis’s South Bay office in Torrance, Rizika developed a team approach to service his client. He has grown the team to include ten retail real estate specialists, each independently focused on landlord or retailer representation, with the additional dedicated resources of a cartographer, a research specialist, and administrative support.
