International Business Leader Promotes Richard Rider for San Diego Mayor San Diego, California – Globe trotting entrepreneur Gary Dale Cearley has endorsed Richard Rider for San Diego mayor, stating that San Diego’s “time has come to shake up the city government.”

“Richard has a proven history of looking out for the people of San Diego,” says Cearley, “look how much good he has already done while not yet in office.
